Prizes

First prize for each age group - For the young poet - £250 cash prize and 6 children’s poetry books.

For the school - a year’s Library membership of the CPB (which includes 24 children’s poetry books)

Second prize for each age group - For the young poet – £100 cash prize plus 4 children’s poetry books.

For the school – a year’s Premium membership of the CPB (which includes 9 children’s poetry books)

Third prize for each age group - For the young poet - £50 cash prize plus 2 children’s poetry books.

For the school – a year’s Standard membership of the CPB (which includes 6 children’s poetry books)

The winning poems will be published on the CPB website and in a booklet, copies of which will be sent to all the winners.

Please note that these prizes do not apply to those entering the International Learners category. The winners of the International Learners category will receive book prizes.
